Four customized heavy-duty forklift ramps for a client in Taicang, Suzhou, have passed multiple rounds of quality inspection and have been safely loaded onto logistics transport vehicles for official shipment to the client's project site. To meet these requirements, the Haolong Machinery R&D team, in conjunction with the production and technical departments, established a dedicated task force that underwent three iterations of design. The main structure was constructed using Q325B high-strength steel, ensuring a single unit can carry 10 tons. The panel surface was enhanced with a diamond-shaped anti-slip texture, and 0.2-meter safety railings were added on both sides to mitigate operational risks. Furthermore, adjustable support legs were designed to accommodate varying warehouse platform heights, enabling "one vehicle to adapt to multiple scenarios."
